Requirements & Responsibilities:
Heads the Nursing Department of the Hospital.
Reports to Chief Operating Officer / Medical Director.
Responsible for organizing & managing the entire nursing department.
MScN / BScN.
5-10 years experience of Clinical / Nursing Affairs Administration in a good hospital / Healthcare setup.
Experience of Nurse education will be an added advantage.
Should be a team builder.
No gender barrier.
Exposure to Nurse Audit System & Quality Assurance programs.
Strong leadership Qualities.
Capable of implementing strategic policies.
